We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff, ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems. Duties: – Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners – Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions to technical problems – Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues – Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks – Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults – Support the roll-out of new applications – Conduct daily system checks to ensure all systems are operational – Ensure security and privacy of systems data – Maintain records of software licenses – Offer technical support for staff using ServiceNow platform Experience: – Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position – Excellent knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and software troubleshooting – Familiarity with ServiceNow platform is desirable – Ability to set up and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other computer networking equipment – Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical problems in simple terms Join us in this exciting role as an IT Technician where you can utilise your skills in a dynamic environment.
